Elliott Caplan Broker, Owner of Caplan Realty Associates LLC is also owner of Elliott Caplan and Associates Corp, a consulting firm, and is owner, director of Caplan School of Real Estate LLC which instructs Pre-license courses, Brokers courses, Continuing Education courses, seminars on current topics of interest to real estate agents and National Association of Realtors® designation courses.
Elliott has conducted seminars on the subjects such as: Disclosure Requirements, Agency Requirements and Real Estate Code of Ethics for members of the National Association of Realtors® and Using the Internet In Your Real Estate Business. One of Elliott’s proudest accomplishments was his being selected to serve on the Real Estate Commission’s committee that ultimately secured the legislation creating the requirement of continuing education for licensees. Elliott has authored and teaches over twelve continuing education courses.
Elliott has consulted on a number of real estate related cases and has testified as an expert witness in cases in Atlantic, Monmouth and Essex Counties. The cases were based on “Disclosure” issues.
